Jamie and Nichola are a pleasure to deal with - great and easy communication. They also do a really good job. We had our shower floor in our ensuite replaced. They completely demolished the old tiled floor and base and replaced it with a very neat base and floor waste and then tiled with tiles we provided. It was tricky and quite a big job but they were very tidy and prompt which meant that we weren’t out of action for too long. Dust and mess was kept to a minimum. We were really happy with the end result which was great. Their follow up service was really good too, 11 months after the work was done we contacted them about a small piece of grout that had gone missing. They came out and fixed it straight away, no questions asked. I’m in the building industry myself and have been for over 40 years, I would not hesitate in using The Shower Repair Guys again and recommending them to others. Considerate, skilled and very honest - thanks Jamie, Nichola and the team.

Had a shower leak and required a completely new one. As we don't use the bath we wanted to take the opportunity to remove it in favour of a bigger shower. TSRG were fantastic from the quote right through to completion. A big thanks to Jamie, Kel and Dave who did a great job and were extremely professional and also thanks to Nichola who was always ready to reply to my constant questions and the accommodation to us asking for additional work after the job has commenced. Everyone was on site when they said they would be and the consideration to cleaning up every day was appreciated. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Help needed due to a leaked shower but end up getting a rebuild to tackle the core problem. Happy that I found the A team - Jamie, Rob and Dave who did such a great job.
They handled everything with such expertise, integrity and a meticulous attitude : Jamie keeping us in the loop at every step of the way (revealing the broken part underneath our shower base, explained to us how it should be installed - tackled the problem with no cutting corners) Even the smallest detail - Rob finding the perfect match grout color, the team tidying up bits and pieces at every corner, Dave vacuuming the bathroom/common hallway and even the stairs (up to down) till he walks out from my front door. Their attention to detail and professionalism really made a difference.

Really happy with my bathroom and laundry reno that the shower repair guys did! All the guys were extremely professional, cleaned up each day and great communication along the way. They also sorted out a couple of issues I had with the cabinetry I'd ordered and fixed it all without me having to get involved. Highly recommend, they were cheaper than other quotes I had and completed everything to a high standard!

I had 2 bathrooms renovated - completely rebuilt from the ground up.

Jamie and team just completed a full bathroom reno. What started out as smooth sailing slowly had some obstacles and challenges along the way. Jamie and his team of very competent tradesmen recently completed our complicated bathroom renovation, requiring the total reconfiguration of separate toilet and bathrooms into one spectacular bathroom, complete with replacement window unit. Jamie’s cheerful, can-do attitude combined with regular courteous and accurate communications made him a pleasure to deal with. He quoted a fair fixed price, with no extras or add-ons, despite any difficulties that occurred due to unforeseen circumstances. The attention to detail and the additional works undertaken to maximize the trouble-free life of the bathroom were impressive. Jamie is very customer focused, offering sound advice from the start, but totally respecting the client’s wishes. He was true to his word with both start and finish dates and they left the place clean and tidy at the end of each day. Jamie and his team recently replaced our old leaking shower with a new shower and we are completely happy with the service and the result. Jamie and his team were always polite and on time. Jamie and his team recently renovated our bathroom, tiled our toilet and laundry floors and has done a great job.
They kept us informed daily on the progress and let us know what would be happening the following day.
The work areas were cleaned up at the end of the day and the team obviously took pride in their work.
This is the second time Jamie has done work for us and we'd certainly use him again.

If you need a bathroom repair or reno then Jamie is your man!! We had to rebuild a bathroom due to water damage, Jamie did a great job. He was super easy to work with, on time and went the extra mile. For example, the day after the bathroom was finished I noticed water on the floor(!). So I called Jamie and he came straight around to check it out. After a bit of investigation we discovered that the upstairs bathroom had been leaking for some time and also needed a rebuild! So Jamie was back a few weeks later to fix bathroom #2. For this rebuild we took the opportunity to put in a tile feature wall using a herringbone design, came up a treat, see the attached pic. Thanks for all your work Jamie :-)

Jamie regrouted and re-sealed two bathrooms, replaced a shower, and organised repainting of an old shower base and cracks on our bath. Very good value to modernise and fix up our bathrooms in prep for rental. Always listens to what we want, and explains really simply what will and won't work. Great business!

Jamie has just replaced the first of our two leaky showers, working with the results of a previous creative installation and unobservant occupants!
This, along with re-grouting in the bathroom itself and the installation of new towel rails and tap-ware has resulted in a very water-tight and sparkling bathroom- we are really happy and impressed with the result.

We recently had our bathroom renovated by Jamie and his team and couldn't be happier with the result! Jamie is super professional and absolutely lovely to deal with. The bathroom had had a DIY-ish renovation by the previous owners so it was great to have people who really know what they're doing renovating the space. They also finished the job quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. Jamie is very generous with his time and also advised us on another issue unrelated to the job at hand. Jamie made our vision of what we needed done a reality. He moved our laundry to a new spot, retiled our kitchen and created a movie room for our kids. Punctual, friendly, reliable, and value for money. Jamie took on jobs such as making flat pack furniture and fixing fallen in roofs. Our laundry is stunning and people who visit have laundry envy. Jamie has done an outstanding job managing our bathroom renovation from the get go. Jamie coordinated all of the work so we didn’t have to try and book multiple tradies to get the job done. Jamie was super reliable, extremely efficient and always kept us up to date daily on how things were tracking! The results are way better than we could ever imagined. Jamie and his team renovated a water damaged shower and they were absolutely professional. From following up on quotes supplied and checking in to see if there were any concerns and questions to turning up on time and even cleaning the area being worked on to be used overnight. Professional, courteous, polite and we'll priced for the quality of work.
